She helped to find her dream home so we thought we would contact her and see what’s out there. We didn’t know much about the area but the thought of relocating to be closer to our grandchildren sounded like a great plan. Our daughter gave her our information and she immediately contacted us. Over the phone, we told Danielle exactly what we were looking for and included all our “must haves” in an house. After 1 trip in April to Summerville, South Carolina, all our dreams came true and we close on November 14, 2025!!! Everything has been flawless. She has been so helpful with all the details because we are still in NY. She has been handling all the behind the scenes madness that comes along with building a house. Moving can be stressful. Moving out of state can add to it but we can honestly say Danielle has made this process so easy. I’m never concerned. If we have a question, she will either answer or find the answer for us. We are always confident she has our best interest at heart. We highly recommend Danielle Stazio. You won’t be disappointed.

She helped narrow down the perfect area for us based on our needs and wants. She was also VERY patient and understanding as our search spanned years in the making with a few bumps along the way! She was realistic as well and helped negotiate our sale to fit our budget. She went above and beyond with helping us relocate from NY to SC and even got us in touch with a reputable NY realtor to help sell our house timely. She checked on our new home and assisted with appliance delivery while we were not in the state yet. I’ve already referred her to family relocating! She makes everyone feel like they are her only priority while she’s juggling a million things.

As first-time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect throughout the home-buying process. Danielle made us feel comfortable enough to ask questions, and she listened to what we wanted in a home. Danielle made us feel comfortable enough to ask questions, and she listened to what we wanted in a home. She was always quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. When we did find a house we loved, things moved very quickly. Danielle was out of town but dropped everything to help us submit an offer on time. She always made us feel like a priority. We’re so glad we trusted Danielle through this process and are very thankful to her for helping us find our new home. Anyone would be lucky to have Danielle on their side.
